More smiles. When was the last time you cracked a smile? Simply smile, even if nothing exciting is happening in the present moment. You can just walk and smile for no reason.
You always see people who don't smile, so smile for no reason other than to give yourself and those who don't smile positive energy.
Play some music. Music with a positive message, positive music. Electronic/pop music, to be specific. It's even better if the music you're listening to includes the word "happy."
Sometimes it's better to disconnect from social media and try to connect with the real world .
Go outside, enjoy nature, and snap a photo with your camera while you're at it. Because when you make photos , you create memories . When you make photos, you keep memories alive .

In part 6 ,I wrote about what you can eat and drink to have a better life , and think better thoughts . I also mentioned the 3 RME , 3 things that make you less anxious . (yes I know , the abbreviation doesn't sound that good when you read it with loud voice ) .
RME stands for :
R- Read
M - Meditate
E - Exercise
These 3 things are very important for your mind and body .
If you have time to read a good book , that's perfect. If you don't like to read , try audio books , or try listening to a podcast . If you've never tried meditation or mindfulness meditation, this is a good time to start. It has been proven that when you meditate frequently, you have healthy thoughts, among other benefits. Honestly , meditation changed my life .
Here are some people that practice meditation : Lady Gaga , Jim Carrey , Novak Djokovic. All very successful people .
Today , you can search the word meditation on youtube and you have a lot of videos that talk about this .Apps like Headspace and Simple Habit can assist you with anything related to meditation, including sleep meditation, guided meditation, and more. Cory Muscara, for example, is one of the teachers I listen to on Simple Habit.
My mentor , Ralph Smart , has a lot of videos on youtube about meditation and how to be the best version of yourself.
Exercising. You can go to a gym , or you can just workout at home . Search on your phone ''workout for beginners'' ,or just download an app that helps you workout .
If you want to work out, you must first change the way you eat and how you eat. Do not exercise immediately after eating because you may experience digestive discomfort. Allow 1-2 hours. You don't need dumbbells or anything else in the beginning; simply lift your own weight.
For 30 days, try to work out as much as possible. Sporting or working out will make you feel better and will direct your attention to something positive. It alleviates anxiety and boosts self-esteem. You'll feel better about yourself after looking in the mirror and flexing your muscles.
There are healthy drugs and unhealthy drugs .Working out is a healthy drug .
Drink smoothies and fruit juices, as I mentioned in the section (H2LTBAE - Health).

You want to be happy ? Try new things .
Try new things from time to time . Seek Discomfort .A good example of this philosophy is the youtube channel : Yes Theory . They are a living proof that if you are courageous enough , you can do things you only dreamed of . Also , they say the words seek discomfort , so credit goes to them for this cool phrase, so make sure you check out their youtube channel .They are a inspiration for this part and also for millions of people who watch their videos.

This part is inspired by the Process Communication Model , or PCM .
I've read this book called ''How should I call them ..."(Comment leur dire...) by Gérard Collignon which talks about the Process Communication Model . PCM was developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler in 1972 , and it was used by NASA for the selection of astronauts . This book shows us types of personalities and how they communicate. We have all types of personalities , but in small doses , and different percentage . The book talks about one of the personalities , the Rebel . I think this is one of the personalities that describes an extrovert . The ''rebel'' person likes to tell jokes and laugh with everyone .They wear colorful clothes and they are original . This person needs playful contact .
What drew my attention to them was the way they reacted to situations and shared their thoughts. They frequently say "I like" or "I dislike". So they might say, "I like the color yellow . It's so cool," or "I hate red . It's disgusting."
I think it's cool that we all have a percentage of ''rebel'' , but for introverts I'm afraid that it's not the dominant personality type . But you can ''steal'' the rebel way of thinking , or , if you talk to a person that has a rebel personality , try to learn from them and try to learn how they behave .

You know what paranoia is , but do you know what pronoia is ? The first time I've heard about the word was when I was watching one of Ralph Smart's videos . Basically Pronoia is the opposite of Paranoia . Pronoia is when you think that people always help you become a better person (or a better version of yourself ) , or that people help you to do good . It's a word that is used a lot in psychology .Very different from Paranoia .
Be obsessed with the idea that people help you and they want you to be good and do better things . It will help you in the future , and you will be more open to talk to people , but not too much , because we don't want to be too social , we want to be at the waterline . I believe that when you have Pronoia you can communicate your thoughts better .

Never grow up .
When you are a child , you want to be a grown-up, and when you are a grown-up, you want to be a child again . So never grow up . It's actually not that fun . The majority of adults think they know everything , when in reality they know nothing at all. Instead of being the person that knows them all , think for a second what does your child self says , what is he thinking , what would he do .
Find the child in you , and when you find him , never let him go . Listen to him. Sometimes it's good to play like a child , to have fun like one , and to be like one .Don't be serious and grumpy all the time . Compare your responses to certain situations from now with the responses that your child self might have or often ask yourself ------ What does he think about this?
We are always kids , we just think more .

I heard this phrase a lot . ''Mens sana in corpore sano"". At a quick search on google , you will understand that this is latin for "a healthy mind in a healthy body". If sometimes you add some healthy food in your way of eating ,you will feel better , and you will think better . Instead of drinking soda , like Coca-Cola , Fanta , Sprite , try to drink smoothies or something that you can make yourself . Also any kind of fruit juice is good . Also drink water . If you are feeling anxious or you have a problem , drinking soda or alcohol won't solve the issue . You'll end up combining soda with fast-food and become fat or obese , or if you drink a lot of alcohol , you will become an alcohol addict . The best kind of water is the water with 9.5 Ph scale , if it's close to alkaline water it's perfect . If you have time , try to make your own food , because if you make your own food , you know exactly what you are eating .I think there are 3 things that make you less anxious and also give you self confidence. I called them the 3 RME . More on that later .

Be extremely optimistic .Always see the brighter side of things. Always see the glass half full.
Or at least try to be as optimistic as possible . In a world full of angry people , try to be positive . Look at situations in your life from another angle . Let's just say that you broke your arm , or your leg , or have a sprained ankle or leg . Think about what matters in the present moment : you can see , you can breathe ,you can hear , and you can think ,you can eat and drink ,you have people that love you , your body and your organs function well and so on . Try to think about the positive things , make a list with what you can do and what works in your life . Soon , your arm , or your leg , or whatever bruise you got , will heal or disappear and you will be just fine . This Too Shall Pass !

Have you ever thought about the colour of the clothes that you are wearing ? . Colours can really give people the message that you are an extrovert . Wear colours like orange , yellow , blue , green , brown . The brighter the better . Don't go to extreme with the colours , you want to look like an extrovert , so don't dress all yellow , or all orange . You can wear dark colours , but try to wear bright colours too . Don't dress like you are going to a funeral everyday. Now you might say ,, I wear dark clothes and I don't Understand what difference does it make if I wear yellow or not'' If you wear all black , that doesn't mean you are an introvert or anxious , but it might give the impression that you are anxious .And we don't want that .
This is for the spiritual people : the bright colours , the orange, the blue , the bleu ciel , give you a great energy , and share a positive energy to other people .They just make you seem like an outgoing person ,or more approachable . I always see people wear dark clothes ,no wonder why they look upset . and they don't look very happy either . Now I'm not saying that you should wear bright colours all the time and if you do you will magically become the most popular person in the world . What I am saying is this : try to wear colours for a month .
