I heard this phrase a lot . ''Mens sana in corpore sano"". At a quick search on google , you will understand that this is latin for "a healthy mind in a healthy body". If sometimes you add some healthy food in your way of eating ,you will feel better , and you will think better . Instead of drinking soda , like Coca-Cola , Fanta , Sprite , try to drink smoothies or something that you can make yourself . Also any kind of fruit juice is good . Also drink water . If you are feeling anxious or you have a problem , drinking soda or alcohol won't solve the issue . You'll end up combining soda with fast-food and become fat or obese , or if you drink a lot of alcohol , you will become an alcohol addict . The best kind of water is the water with 9.5 Ph scale , if it's close to alkaline water it's perfect . If you have time , try to make your own food , because if you make your own food , you know exactly what you are eating .I think there are 3 things that make you less anxious and also give you self confidence. I called them the 3 RME . More on that later .
